Here is the guide to all the worlds mentioned in the Traversing Worlds RP. There is a picture for each world, followed by a quote, and a description of it. Details will be added and/or edited as the RP moves on. Please no chatspeak here!
I would like to note that I have not made those pictures (well apart from Moonlight City). They were found in DA and I do not own them and all that.

Moonlight City: “I’ve spent countless of months in this world, soaring through the clouds and fighting the storms and the hurricanes that follow – it makes me feel alive, the exhilarating experience of dancing with Mother Nature in the middle of the night. That is what this world means to me: freedom.”The purple sky is rarely ever clear of clouds, so few of the 50 moons are visible. The locals have names for all the satellites that circle their planet, but few can never bring themselves to remember them. Moonlight City is in fact consisted of multiple smaller cities all connected with the Highway, and each one is enclosed in a thick, glass dome, so that it would be possible to survive the extreme weather conditions. The lights of the City never go off, as the sunrise never comes in that world – hence the very creative name. No Upela is allowed to leave the dome without permission from the government, something scarcely ever granted.

Mirage: “It was a different world, that of the reflections, a happier one. And yet I was afraid of it, afraid that it would in fact suck me in and keep me trapped forever. The city of colour and the city of clouds, so utterly different and yet seemingly the same.”Mirage is a world of mirrors and reflections, and thought it is inhabited by humans it is very different from our universe. The only way one can see colour is through a reflection, be that a mirror or simply the surface of the crystal waters of a lake; the rest of the world exists only in greyscale, like an old movie. It is said that if you stand before a reflection for too long, you will begin to notice things different from your world, reflections of things that are not supposed to be there. You may even see your image moving while your body is held still. That is the key into the world of the reflections, Egarim. According to the legend, if you are to touch the reflection the moment you notice the difference, you will cross from the world of Mirage to Egarim, so it is in fact a world within a world.

Nefelee: “There were people; I could sense them, yet I could not see them. They were lurking in the shadows, forever watching but never showing themselves. It was a scarred worlds this one, full of fear and doubt, and I couldn’t help but wonder why.” There are no children running in the dirty streets of the ruined villages, no warm voices of the people welcoming you to their homes. Though the villagers still live there, their lives are dead, for they are lived in the shadows of fear and doubt. Surrounding the buildings is an endless forest, one of the most beautiful forests of all universes. Magical creatures live there, fairytale unicorns galloping through the occasional fields, mermaids swimming in the rivers, large butterflies like spots of rainbow on the bright green of the plants. Still don’t be fooled by that beauty – those beings are not the innocent creatures they seem to be. All of them are one, in a way; they are the Soul of the Forest, which will do anything in order to keep itself safe. As the people began to make their way into nature, the Soul of the Forest acted with violence in order to protect itself, and so within a few weeks the glorious civilization of the people was gone and only ruins were left.

Urania: “Humanoid creatures with rainbow hair and shiny, sun-burnt skin, with white, yellow or golden wings growing on their backs and petite bodies, decorated with all kinds of jewellery and ribbons. Those are the Ryens, the people of Urania, and they look as rich and intimidating as their world.” It is a rich community, situated in castles above the clouds – you see, the clouds there are so dense that you can in fact step on them. They are not especially technologically advanced, but they have magic, and that is enough for them. The rulers of Urania are the Royals, five families that go back to the ancient times, when Ryens did not even possess wings. Though they hold great power, they rarely dare abuse it, and do the best they can to help their people - whilst helping themselves. Under the clouds lies a land full of mountains, and mostly volcanoes, which make living there impossible. It is also said that through the fiery pits of lava hide dangerous creatures, demons and devils of all kinds.

[This world will remain unknown till the near end of the RP] Desharia: “If there was a perfect world in all of the cosmos, this would be it. All the colours of nature shining gloriously, with blue and silver being the most dominant, while harmoniously co-existing with the small cities, or rather communities of the inhabitants. Technologically advanced, but to a point so that nature would not be harmed; magical powers, though not enough to bring corruption or destruction. The key word to this world was balance.” As the name implies, the inhabitants of this world are Deshas. Once they did not have a world of their own, being able to traverse the universes at will, but soon they grew tired of not having a place to call their own. That is why they founded Desharia, in a world uninhabited by sentient creatures. Of course not all Deshas live there, only the ones who feel a need to settle down; most of the world’s inhabitants are not there for permanent, they are simply visiting in order to rest, or to see loved ones. Because Deshas are shape-shifters, they are seen in all sorts of forms in Desharia: some are humanoid, others animals, insects, or magical creatures, while some live in their original form, a mass of silver smoke. Two are the things that have made Desharia such a wonderful place to live in. First is the good nature of the Deshas. Now let me explain, Deshas were never meant to be corrupt, evil and mean spirit is just not part of their being. That is why they have build their world in such a way that everyone would be happy, and they are always willing to help each other out. Money does not exist in that world, neither does greed; everything runs simply thanks to the good will of the people. Second, but just as important, is their experience. Deshas are ageless, and that combined with their power to travel to all the worlds gives them experience that no other creatures could wish for. Their community is a combination of all the positive features of the different universes. The trick lies in the ability of the Deshas to keep the good parts of each world, while dismissing the negative ones.

Krillia: "It is intolerable to us that an erroneous thought should exist anywhere in the world, however secret and powerless it may be. Even in the instance of death we cannot permit any deviation . . . we make the brain perfect before we blow it out." Krillia is a very technologically advanced planet, and is home to some of the greatest scientific minds of all time. Among these great minds is Tobias Cane, who has helped perfect a lot of the technology on the planet to help people live a perfect life. However, despite this idea of a perfect life, all is far from perfect on Krillia. Those who meet the standards of the council, who judge technical expertise, are forced to live in slums for the rest of their lives, which are pitifully short. This is because outside of the cities is a slowly toxic gas, which causes eventual death in most cases, normally within 10 years, whereas the cities have purifiers that filter out this gas and make the air breathable. This makes a huge divide between those deemed good enough, and those who are not. All who oppose the ruling are outcast too.
